October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual campaign that takes charge in spreading knowledge about the disease and raising research funds to further prevent the cause.

If you’re looking for the best ways to get involved in Breast Cancer Awareness Month, there are plenty. The enthusiasm is felt a little differently throughout each city. Celebrate survivors, but also be there for all of your family, friends, and other loved ones that could use the funds. Detroit supports people and their battle by uniting the community in action. Not to mention, this is a great time to get more fit with the family!

Detroitisit rounded up a list of engaging activities and other Breast Cancer Awareness Month 2023 events in Detroit this October. Sometimes involvement looks like everyone at Comerica Park decked out in pink in support of breast health awareness during the summer.
