February 3 – Kids (Ages 8-12) – Chef Larissa Popa, Potato Gnocchi with Butter & Cheese
February 10 – Adults – Chef Manal el-Sabbagh, Ravioli
February 17 – Teens (Ages 13-17) – Chef Joseph Cosenza (Henry Ford College), Hand-Cut Pasta & Alfredo Sauce
February 24 – Grandparent/Grandchild Class – Chef Aaron Egan, Hand-Cut Noodles with Tomato Sauce
Classes are $15 each – reserve your tickets early as classes fill up quickly!
Attendees will get to eat a sample of what they make. One ticket to the grandparent/grandchild class is good for two people.
