Metro Times announced the return of this beloved festival after experiencing a one-year hiatus. Witness a magnificent look back on Detroit’s historic breakthroughs in music and creative innovation at Masonic Temple. The local R&B and rap scene will be at its peak. Tickets are going fast! Raise the Flag Detroit and the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy invites the community to bring anyone of any age for this free event that begins at 3:13 PM.
