Detroit hotel development projects encompass the transformation the city of Detroit is familiar with. Both visitors and longtime locals have experienced the community’s artistic ability to preserve the old and re-imagine it into urban properties, restaurants, parks, public pathways, greenways, mobility districts, affordable housing, and more as the population rises. All of these ideas coming to life are important to the revitalization of Detroit and supporting its economic growth.
Since there are several popular areas undergoing transformation, we’re breaking up the projects into different categories, beginning with this article focusing on new hotels.
