KAYAKING & CANOEING IN DETROIT

Head over to Detroit River Sports (Located at:14601 Riverside Boulevard, Detroit) or Detroit Outpost (Located at: 11000 Freud, Detroit), or one of the many kayak rental services in Metro Detroit for those days when cooling off in the water sounds like the best option for outdoor activities. Whether you’re between a private excursion, open paddle, or public tour, both of these spots are great for seeing Detroit skyline and more as you meander along the Detroit River. Detroit River Sports offers kayak and stand up paddle board tours of the canals of Jefferson Chalmers, the Detroit River, and nearby islands. Detroit River Sports is open May through October. MOGO BIKES

QLINE DETROIT
Ways of moving in Detroit most likely makes people think of QLINE Detroit. The QLINE’s 3.3 mile route runs on Woodward Ave. with 12 stops serving neighborhoods such as New Center, North End, Midtown and Downtown Detroit. Enjoy this easy way to access the Woodward corridor. Ride along and give yourself a brief break with the relaxation of sitting on the QLINE. This transportation is currently free. You can count on a ride all throughout the week.
