Before the Siren Hotel, the Foundation Hotel and the Shinola Hotel, there was the Westin Book Cadillac Hotel.

In 2008, Michael Symon blessed Detroit with Roast and its Happy Hour, which remains, to this day, the greatest of all Detroit happy hours—and it’s star, the Roast Burger, is still a favorite a decade later.
