House-made American flavors swirl with eastern seasonings in each of their quality pizza dishes including tandoori chicken pizzas and dried fish. If you’re feeling venturous or already a loyal local customer, the Ghost Pizza is sure to give you that extra spice. The pizza is topped with chicken, red onion, cilantro, and of course, a sweat-inducing ghost pepper sauce.
A quick perusing of Detroit’s pizza laboratory Pie-Sci’s website proves how unconventional their pizzas are. Not to mention, they all have great names. Seasonal menus keep the customers checking back in for new options. Some pizzas are just too tough on the dough, but every bite of Pie-Sci dough is soft and spongy. Colorful vegan and vegetarian options featured such as tofu bacon, grilled tempeh, seasoned black beans, and vegan adobo sour cream drizzle. Order curb-side pickup and save the outdoor patio for the warmer months.
