Giving Tuesday: 16 Non-Profits In Detroit You Can ‘Give’ To

If You Want To Do Good And Support Detroit, Donate Now

GIVING TUESDAY

Giving Tuesday is (almost) here! What is Giving Tuesday you may ask? Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. That means it’s up to the people of Detroit to support the organizations in Detroit on December 1.

Giving Tuesday is an opportunity to give back in Detroit, and this year it is exponentially more important due to lack of in-person volunteers, rescheduled and canceled fundraising events and over funds available to these organizations. Whether it is a financial contribution small or large – anything can help make an impact. A little can go a long way as Detroit continues to unite and stand tall throughout this pandemic.

If you’re not sure who to give to on this Giving Tuesday, we have compiled a list of non-profit organizations in Detroit. Here are 16 organizations, along with their mission statements, that could use your help this year.
